Everything about it was lovely. Staff were very nice and facility was lovely. Pool was nice and warm.

Property was run down and very busy. Businesses around the block was boarded up and there were drunks roaming the area yelling into the night

The rate I was told on Expedia was not what I was charged when I got there. When questioned they changed their response and reason every time. We had issues with the toilet it would not flush and when asked for extra towels we were denied. Pillows are so flat and need to be replaced. Half the stuff at breakfast were out or didn’t work, even when we were there at 7am and 6:30am.

The continental breakfast was less than to be desired everything was cold and scarce ! Parking was terrible it was limited but other patrons didn’t care about impeding on other peoples marked space so definitely didn’t help! Definitely considering everything over priced!

Comforter were super dirty it was DISGUSTING I dont even know how did I make it through until morning. lack of staff. I understand that comforter do not need to be washed all the time but at least once a month. I used to work and supervise a five star hotel too. So I knew when to wash it. It looks like peoples left over stuff or dirts when they are making out. DISGUSTING.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was disappointed that the hot tub was accessible only up several steps. More gluten friendly 'hot' options for the breakfast would be nice.

this was a last minute decision to spend the night, good comfortable bed, very quiet, parking lot and approach to front of hotel was very icy, treacherous

The stàff was horrible kept eying up my daughter and caused issues during check in disnt feel safe leaving kids alonè and i am the one who loves comfort inns due to bonnieville julie is amazing this place putca stain on my confidence for this astablishment will never stáy here again

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good as well. Because it was a cold winter stay, I was unable to walk much but there were lots of amenities close by. The pool was lovely as well.

Hotel was very clean, but I found the TV I related remote to choose programming was somewhat confusing. it was difficult to know what was available for programming and what was available for pay-per-view, and at the end of the whole process and ended up watching Little to nothing
