"Don’t be fooled by the older facade and low prices. My family and I had a wonderful time at this hotel! We were very surprised that we enjoyed it so much after reading some of the reviews and that’s a shame because it really does deserve better reviews overall. We stayed in and ocean view room on the bottom floor durning the week and weekend. The service was great! The location was AMAZING! We got to watch all types of boats and ship come and go. The water was perfect for my kids - it wasn’t too rough and was the ideal place for them, almost like a lagoon but open. The house keeper was very nice and went out of her way to ask how to accommodate us. The front desk staff members were all helpful and assisted us by pointing out helpful stops in the area. The pool in this hotel was so clean !! It was so inviting! The water was also the perfect temperature - not too hot and not too cold.., we did not want to leave. The rooms were older but very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves so much we extended for a few more nights. Will definitely stay here again."
