"Both pools were closed, so if you are gonna book the hotel make sure you call to confirm if the amenities are all up and running. The front desk was very nice and sweet. Stephanie at the front desk was awesome."

"Loved how close the property was to Colonial Williamsburg’s visitor center. Just a short walk and no parking fees! The hotel is large and spread out. We were about as far away from the front desk and amenities as possible, but it was quiet! We didn’t use the pool, mini golf or game area, but we could see that they were well maintained- just didn’t have time to enjoy them! The breakfast was less than good. Eggs were questionable! Churros were pretty sad. We went out to eat dinner in Williamsburg- Food for Thought. It was tasty!!"

"There was a lot of construction outside, which made it difficult to approach the entrance, park, and unload our car. We were there to celebrate our golden anniversary. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the pier. Some of the staff were unable to help with our questions regarding directions."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was they didn't ask me if I wanted to be a member so I didn't get points for my stay. Everything was clean Breakfast was good. Should add oatmeal"

"This was our second stay at Comfort Suites on Jefferson Avenue, Newport News, Virginia. The room was excellent, and we slept in quiet with no noise at all. The room was clean, and we received fresh towels daily during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and coffee was available all day. We will stay at Comfort Suites again. Thanks to everyone who made our stay enjoyable."
