"Very clean and great service"

"After we checked in we had a couple of problems with the room. 1) TV remotes did not work, had to exchange them at the front desk. 2) No ice bucket in the room, we got one from housekeeping. 3) The ice machine on the second floor did not work, had to go back down to the 1st floor. 4) The phone did not work. We have stayed there in the past with no issues. Not sure we would stay there again."

"Tv didn’t work.. maintenance and front desk girl tried to get it going, but nothing. Surely a chain of this size would have a spare tv to swap out for a defective one, but not the case here. Maintenance guy was helpful but couldn’t fix the issues. Front desk Lady was very nice and friendly, but the tv issue has me leaving a bad review, that’s on the owners of the property. Continental breakfast was poor at best, at least offer one hot protein item and a waffle maker instead of thawed eggs...

"The tile in the bathroom was terribly discolored and the shower curtain was awful. Breakfast does not started until 7 on the weekend and it was late. We had to eat what was available."

"This location should be condemned. It’s falling apart. Some of our group had rooms with no hot water. Our room had so much hot water the toilet was flushing with hot water. Bathroom was leaking and moldy. I didn’t see cockroaches inside but there were so many outside. Save your money and go camping instead."

"A lovely place to stay. Simple, clean and walking distance to places to eat and as well as ocean side walks and quick drive to ocean camping access and Sea Ranch"

"The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The motel sits right on the Gualala Bluff Trail, which is scenic and charming. Groceries and eateries are all a short walking distance from the motel, no car needed."

"Really enjoyed every single thoughtful touch on the property. You can tell that this is their pride and joy. The happy hour skewers and snacks were delightful. Beautiful location on top of the hill. The views of the ocean are stunning and the courtyard is very beautiful. There are lovely wooden carvings and corn hole and darts to play in the courtyard along with lovely seating. We enjoyed our private patio very much and our room was wonderful. Felt very thoughtfully and tastefully put together....

"Beautiful place to spend a few nights"

"This was a one night stay on a very long trip. This place has some issues.Homeless people wandering around the parking lot at all hours, my sink was stopped up and wouldn’t drain. I told the clerk and he said it would be repaired. But it was unsettling to wake up at 3:00 am and see someone looking at your motorcycle at such an hour. I would pay more and not stay here again. Nothing really happened but it was unsettling."
