"Ceiling light fell out, window wouldn’t open, AC unit vent was dusty. But all in all, wonderful place to stay at. The pizza place has better food than the river grill."

"It was nice staying IN the park. Keeping in mind that’s a national park and not a luxury resort I expected less in that respect. The room had cobwebs which is okay but the bathroom smelled of urine, not okay. The shower curtain was about 6-8 inches too long and had a terrible odor to it. The front desk staff just seemed tired and worn out. Not as helpful as they could’ve been. The sports bar/lounge was nice with friendly wait staff. "Beautiful location and facilities. A very nice place to stay. Room was nice, but there were no countertops in the bathroom. That was a big negative to us. We probably won’t return. Restaurants were good. Staff was very polite and friendly."

"Rude customer service"

"all great"

"The staff are very grouchy. Almost like they don’t want to be there. Tried to go to breakfast and they turned us away and said they were closing because it was 15 min left and we were a walk-in with no reservations. We were hotel guess. Bathroom sick was plugged up and told us they would send someone. We waited,...

"The room was large, clean and very nice. We travel with a dog and sometimes are given sub standard rooms. This room was great."

"This place was everything it looks like and more! Totally majestic!"

"Front desk lady at night was very nice. She walked me all the way to the laundry room across the parking lot after I told her I couldn’t find it. Rooms were clean shower head was definitely for a short person. The amount of stairs felt like I was staying on the 4 floor instead of the second floor would stay again"
