I left my blanket when we were checking out and I received a reminder from the front desk, which is super thoughtful. I consider myself to be a medium budget traveler - so I look for property safety, cleanliness of rooms, and kitchenette availability - because when I travel, I prefer to purchase items I can keep in the room. "Gate guard at night for parking, both staff members I dealt with were amazing and friendly. For being in a less than ideal location and an older building, they do a great job with the property. The tv wifi was a pain to get connected but eventually did. Definitely recommend for budget travels. "

"Lovely, pet-friendly hotel with continental breakfast offered! I can’t complain! The room was clean and the beds comfy. An added bonus for a non-Arizona native were the beautiful rosy-faced lovebirds outside."

"The room was a nice size. The room was clean. I do wish the shower pressure was a little stronger. Plentiful parking on the back end. Staff was able to fix a booking/room error without any complications. Right next to the 101, and there are places to eat, within walkable distance."

"So much better than the element! A/C could be cooler, disappointing when my house is cooler than a hotel. A hotel is a place to be as cold as you want. But both the Element and The Az control the temperature, and that’s not ok with me. The hotel is beautiful, but both hotels are off my list- only because of the Air conditioner being controlled"
