This is a fantastic location for exploring Chichen Itza.
Our rooms overlooked the jungle and pool area and had loads of wildlife to see. The pool was lovely and exactly what we needed after a long day exploring the ruins.
Staff were friendly and nice.
The restaurant was good with large portions. Slightly expensive, but the hotel is isolated so limited options available.
Overall a lovely stay.

Merida is a beautiful city with very friendly people. Lots to see and do around the city and this area of Mexico. The Hotel was a good location to get into town (20 minute walk to main square or a very short bus journey). The staff were friendly and everything is very clean. Roof top Pool is lovely and great views over the town. Beware of happy hour as it is only selective drinks per day and it was not clearly shown. Also strange atmosphere up there at happy hour - if you like like loud music...

lady on the front desk was trying to sell her own stuff and bit annoying, but Edgar and other male waiters were outstanding - they created a really warm, romantic environment.

Exceeded our expectations for 2.5 star hotel! Room was spotless and spacious and cleaned daily, air con worked well. We were pleasantly surprised by the self service water, and coffee - we refilled our bottles daily - although small bottles were provided. Also a huge bonus - secure parking! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn’t use the pool as the water wasn’t clear, not sure why - perhaps because of recent rainfall. The only watch out is that the roosters outside will wake you up at 3 or...

A unique boutique hotel in Merida, 10 min walk from the main square. The room was clean and the property was generally well-maintained, however, we did not use the pool as it consistently had foliage in it. The hotel offered massages, facials, and pedicures, which was a pleasant surprise! Overall, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.
