We even had a minor issue with our ac and it was handled promptly with no issues after. Being able to snorkle everywhere on the property was great! We enjoyed the proximity to Xplor and Xcaret! "

I spoke with 3managers to let them know we were extremely disappointed, and they offered us $10 USD off our bill! Will never stay here again."
