"The food here is high quality, very fresh and lots of choices, the stay here was perfect from service to rooms that is very clean . They extended our checkout as complimentary since our flight was delayed. The reception manager was very accommodating . The best was the Christmas party they held it was unbelievable from the show to the abundance of food!!!! above our expectations . Will definitely come back !! "Had an exellent time at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff was so polite at all times. Angel and Aciel took very good care of us during our stay. I loved how close this hotel is from quinta avenida, and how celebrated my husband felt during our stay. The only down side of this was that I requested a taxi to go back to the Cancun airport. Unfortunately, I was dropped off at the wrong terminal, which put us in a stressful situation. Then, had to pay $1,000 pesos for a taxi at the airport to take us to the correct terminal. Other than that, the trip was amazing! "
