"As VIP member of hotels.com i was notified that we are entitled to NTD 1,400 credit for tour, but this was not informed until i checked out from the hotel and they forced me to take the tour in the afternoon where it’s not suitable with our schedule. Also in the beginning the reception didn’t aware of the voucher, seems like miscommunication between hotels.com and the property. Overall breakfast and dinner was OK, lot’s of varieties and booking + seating period of time very good managed. Kids...
