"I live an hour outside New Orleans so our family enjoys a staycation in the city about once a year. With that said I have stayed at many hotels all over the city and the Henrietta is my new favorite. It was clean, new, quiet. The views of the streetcar were so nice. The coffee shop and lobby was great, and the room was top luxury you can get in a city like New Orleans. Can’t wait to go back"

"Small intimate boutique hotel. Very comfortable rooms but they are small. If you are of larger size you may find the restrooms difficult to navigate. Also sliding barn door on the restroom provides less sound proofing if you are sharing a room with someone. Really enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows. Air-conditioner is mounted on wall above one of the beds which works well but may bother some who do like the direct air flow. Lobby coffee shop and bar is really cozy and inviting. Free Fresh...

"Room was clean enough, but the sink wasn’t draining well. Furniture was new but overall room was old. Air conditioning was provided by unit that vented to outdoor hallway. The exhaust tube was poorly connected to the unit and came undone while we were out at dinner. So it was venting INTO the room, causing the interior temperature to rise up to 88 degrees. "Highly impressed. Beautiful spacious rooms, immaculate clean. Bedding is luxurious and comfy. Quiet and close to everything. Staff is wonderful. Breakfast is great. Restaurant has a lush green atmosphere and the food is delicious. Parking in the back of the building at a reasonable price."
