"We had a pleasant stay. The only issue is that this facility is not easily accessible. When we arrived, we had to walk down a long stairway to get to the lobby. Besides that, everything is fantastic!"

"Our family stayed for 3 nights in October, and it was a fantastic experience. The location in the old city was great. There were quite a few delicious restaurants nearby, and it was located a short distance from the busy main area, so felt quieter and more peaceful than the main old town streets. The staff were really a highlight. To say they were helpful would be an understatement. Julia was in touch from before we arrived. Helping to coordinate the complimentary pickup at train station and...

"This hotel is located inside the old town. We have difficulties finding the location! Luckily we had a very helpful driver going around asking directions. We tried to call the hotel, but the number on hotel.com is not contactable. Please update the number. Trying to call hotel.com hotline but can’t reach this time round 😢 Please keep your customers service hotline on booking slip. after 1-2hrs of asking around we finally found it. You need to walk into the old town and ask the hotel staff to...

"The Inn is closed and padlock. When i check on Expedia when i was in Shangri-la, they are still accepting booking."

"the staff will sell you super expensive day tour once you step in the hotel, be careful. The room's insulation is too bad, the hotel is next to music bar, unless you wanna hear vibration while you chilling at home. Don't book this hotel. the hotel is clean."
