"Breakfast good. Spa was terrible. A sheet departing tables and the entire time staff was loud. On the phone talking SO loudly I finally had to tell them to please be quiet. The elevator kept pinging every 10 seconds. It was a real shame . It was expensive and was shocked at how loud and rude the female on the phone was. Most the Japanese people have been lovely. Not this one. "

"I loved this campsite I wish I could have stayed more days. The staff was so kind. I switched villa rooms twice because I was scared of climbing up ladder with the loft. And they changed me to the room with stairs. The breakfast was amazing. I wish I had more time to enjoy all the hikes and activities before going to Kyoto but I would visit again. "
