"Extremely helpful and welcoming staff. They helped us navigate the bus schedule during our stay and schedule a taxi to catch the Alishan sunrise. It is very helpful to know some Mandarin if staying here, but one of the ladies knows enough English to help if you don't. The property is gorgeous. "Breakfast was prepared well by the staff. Toast and drinks are self-serve. The dining area views of the mountains are gorgeous. The private hot spring tub in the room was so relaxing for my sore muscles. The design of the building allows privacy. The overall feel of the place was relaxing, contemplative, and rejuvenating."
