Has problem with the shuttle bus driver when we arrived at Echigo Yuzawa station as he insists us to show him the bus voucher. The apps that the hotel sent to me was unable to open so I told the driver that I will give it to him at the hotel but he didn't accept eventhough I showed him my booking and receipt.

中里エンゼルグランディアよりは狭く感じたが、親子3人なら充分な広さ。大浴場もあり、一階はコンビニで便利で満足。室内も清潔。ただ2段ベッド上は暑かった。

温泉付きの民泊マンション。 フロント係の人がよく対応してくれました。 汚れを考慮した水桶も準備してあったりと、使用目的に合わせた設備がありました。 4泊泊まるのでシーツなどが交換できるようになっていましたが、枕カバーだけ発見できませんでした。出来れば部屋に箒の様な簡単な掃除用具があればと思いました。
