"8 minutes on shuttle to airport/train station. Shuttle ran often and on time. Staff was courteous, professional and prompt. Breakfast restaurant was excellent, huge variety and all very tasty."

"It was great to have the airport shuttle for convenience. The only negative is that we wanted to eat in the restaurant and we were told we had to have reservations and the next available was an hour wait. There was an abundance of tables and we had been traveling all day and were very tired. We ate in the bistro and the food was good."

"We totally loved this hotel...it smelt so good in the hallways, the staff was so friendly and helpful, they gave us a family suite to accommodate us without even asking for it...the room were so spacious as comparted to other hotels in Europe and so comfortable...bonus was the shuttle to the airport...saved me big bucks for the taxi/uber...thanks for everything!!"

"Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Absolutely stunning decor, we had a junoir suite with a view of the IJ and it was perfect. Also had a little welcome gift from the staff for our anniversary waiting for us in the room. The hotel was walking distance to tram and bus stops to get around all of the city. The hotel was quiet enough but also bustling enough in tbe bar at night time. Staff puldnt do enough for you. We will definitely be back!"
