"Bugs in the room one on my pillow. No drawers closet no iron or ironing board. Noice above me kids jumping. Doors slamming. Horrible customer service. When I took the pillow to the front desk the man accused me of basically trying to get out of paying for my stay! $150 is nothing. I’d payed more and received better at other hotels (Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott). I told him this is a motel not a hotel! "Hotel look like the one out of the scary movies . the air filter was so nasty I ask the person at the desk for a new one he said they didn't have any and to take the one out the air condition in the lobby. the elevator worn down feel like its going to stop on you at any minute. the floors was so dirty like they haven't been mopped in a while. and I had to get more sheets and pillow cases, and also had to clean the tub and wipe down everything. just looked deserted."
