"Great location in the centre of old town. Very convenient to walk downstairs and be in the middle of all the shops and restaurants.
We could not hear any noise from the streets down below when we wanted to sleep or get some rest with our 4 month old baby. Room was also very clean with a great AC unit and shower.
The vouchers for the breakfast place nearby was perfect! I would recommend it if that’s an option (Coffee and Cake) It had many different breakfast options with a coffee and juice...

"Very clean and well maintained rooms in a great location, can walk to many restaurants and see the sunset. Ivan is very friendly and helpful. He came to greet us because we couldn't find the apartment, we park the car in front of the apartment, make sure to rent a small car to drive through the narrow streets.
This is our first time visiting Zadar, so the location is perfect to walk to the harbor, restaurants and local markets."

"Check was at a restaurant so it would have been helpful to know the name of the restaurant.
Excellent property. Even bigger than we expected. Very clean and quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable.
Kitchen was well stocked although we didn’t use it as we were there for a short period of time.
The breakfast which was included was good with many choices to meet many different dietary needs.
We were told to leave the keys on the room when we left so we did."

"Lovely modern property within the old town with cafes and bars right outside the front door. The beach is within walking distance as well all the sites and sounds of the Zabar old town.
Noise can be a problem with revellers returning from the bars late at night and the church bells early in the morning, have ear plugs to hand if your a light sleeper."

"We stayed here in Zadar before heading down to the beaches and smaller towns of Croatia. The hotel is tucked in among the old buildings, and it took us a little while to find it.
