We stayed in this quaint hotel for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was attentive and professional. The only major challenge is the fact that there is very limited parking close to the hotel. We found a parking lot .2 miles away that was inexpensive and an easy walk. Keep that in mind if you have a vehicle while staying at the hotel. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity…

The location was good. It was only one mile walk to the city center or 20 minutes by Uber. Five euros in taxes for about the same price.. the staff was very helpful!!!

Lovely staff, air conditioning failure
Wonderful staff and breakfast and spacious apartment. The only problem was the reception closed at 11pm we had our air con on max to cool the apartment down but could not turn it off or change it. We were very cold at night and could not sleep much.

Helt greit, men med mangler.
Beliggenhet i et rolig boligstrøk med kort vei til offentlig kommunikasjon. Meget hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening. En del ting som det reklameres med på nettsiden (vi hadde juniorsuite) finnes ikke, f.eks.: flyplasstransport, badekåper, toalettartikler, tannbørste og tannkrem. Burde også vært sjampo og dusjsåpe hver for seg. Til tross for at suiten gir et pent inntrykk, var det ting som trekker ned: i dusjen var fem av flisene sprukket og på toalettet manglet kroker til å henge håndklærne på, her var det bare to braketter hvor det tydeligvis tidligere har vært oppheng for håndklær. På terrassen var det stygge fuktmerker på muren. Vi savnet også en kaffemaskin/vannkoker.

2 night Stay
Our 2 night stay was satisfactory for our needs. We thought the hotel was closer to the City Centre, but it was actually a 30-minute walk. The hotel reception were very helpful in organising a taxi cab for us & in advising about where the various restaurants in the centre are located. The breakfast service needs a little better organisation but that could be easily rectified. All in all a good experience for us.

Too noisy, sounds loudly at midnight…room style isn’t really matching with the picture it showed. Electric shut down always. But Staff are nice and helpful.

Very misleading description, no pool
Description and pictures are very misleading. There was no pool, rooftop terrace, or spa. These are things offered at their other property Madison Villas. Madison Apartments had nothing like this. They gave us a room that was 2 steps away (literally) from the reception desk. When we asked for an upgrade because we are Gold Members they showed us a few rooms we could upgrade to but wanted to charge us €100. The staff was friendly and seemed to know nothing about their description being incorrect on this booking platform. For the price I would most definitely stay at the Sheraton for the same price and they do have a pool and a better location. The walk into the square is very far! We had to take Uber.

Dear guest, We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with your stay, but we must stress out that we dont advertise this property as having a pool, but our other property, Villa Madison***** has an outdoor pool. In converstaion with you we understood that you were looking at our Villa property but book this one instead, making this a mistake in booking from your end. Furthermore, we stress out that the Economy Double Room that you booked is our most basic unit, and clearly advertised as gorund floor unit near reception, so this information was available to you prior to booking your stay with us. You had an opportunity to book another unit type for a higher amount but chose the most basic one yourself, and our staff was looking to assist you in correcting this mistake, offering you to upgrade to a better unit, but not at an additional cost of EUR 100, but a total cost of unit of EUR 100,00, so having to pay only EUR 15,00 price difference to upgrade, so this was clearly a misunderstanding, where you didnt understand our reception staff. Distance from Main Square is also clearly pointed out prior to your booking as well as exact map location, so we must say this comment is also invalid from your end. Our numerous 10out of 10 reviews prove our high quality of service and units, but failing to book the right property or the right unit cannot be considered our fault.
