This property was not well-maintained, and look nothing like the photographs. We arrived, and I had to call to get someone to let me in. There was no one at the reception, even though the hours of the reception being open were clearly posted. Parking is challenging. The spots are very small. The manager was helpful.

Proche du centre historique. Chambre simple sans fioriture. Accès facile et communication aisée avec l’hôte. Il manquait du gel douche, il a été remis immédiatement à notre demande. Le stationnement extérieur est compliqué à gérer, plutôt prendre le parking proposé à 10€/jour (13,30 en extérieur)

Close to zagreb and not the best
The owner was kind and helpful. However the place was undergoing construction downstairs and the room was tiny for 2 adult sized women to share, the room had a foul smell during our stay. This is more like a hostel than a hotel. Not the best experience.

Basic ok room in quiet area
Good location, quiet area, basic room. There was no minibar/fridge in the room, even though it said so when booking. When asked, the answer was that, unfortunately, there have been difficulties with the delivery. The room was missing some small things, such as towel hooks in the bathroom. There was no closet for clothes.

Bien situé et très fonctionnel
Très bien situé avec la possibilité de stationner la voiture à proximité gratuitement. Appartement fonctionnel avec une très bonne literie et salle de bain.

Great location however we could not sleep and had walked out an hour into our stay due to overwhelming odor of mold and no ability to air it out as there are no windows or air circulation in the main sleeping area. Money wasted.

Though we booked superior room for 3 persons, while checkin we were advised that room for 2 persons only. We had to upgrade to bigger room and pay the difference. Overall is good and we enjoyed our stay

Ottima posizione rispetto al centro della città. In 15 minuti si arriva alla piazza principale. La pulizia della Camera è Buona. Il parcheggio a pagamento a €15 al giorno è comunque conveniente. Due piccoli difetti, uno è la doccia che non ha la chiusura totale, l'altro è che nella nostra camera il radiatore faceva un rumore fastidioso a tratti.

ザグレブ市内に位置するアパートであり観光散策するには非常に便利な所。 難をいえばエレベーター無し３階迄荷物を持っての上りは少々きつい！！

Bel appartement, au cœur de Zagreb
Nous avons resté dans l’appartement « duplex »; propre, spacieux, modernisé avec une cuisine assez bien équipée. Maria, notre hôtesse, fut très accueillante et pleine de bonnes suggestions. L’appartement est très proche d’un SPAR (épicerie) et du centre-ville (seulement 10 minutes à pieds). Les petits pépins: il y a un frais pour le stationnement (15€ par jour) et à cause des vieilles fenêtres du bâtiment, nous pouvons bien entendre les automobiles sur la rues et les conversations sur le trottoir. Nous avons bien apprécié nos deux nuits à Zagreb!

Good value in Zagreb
The room and ensuite shower room was clean, adequate and well maintained. The only thought would be to install a larger sink and forget the mixer tap! Shaving was difficult with such a small sink: and the sink plug's system left much to be desired. Two or three very close restaurants - pizza, vegan - and some bars, though this bit of town, while close the the National Theatre and Mimara Museum, is not right in the touristy bit; that's a 15min walk. Zagreb centre is pretty small though and has loads of 'cafe society' along with bakery outlets, so lots of opportunities to sit and people watch having coffee and pastries. The staff at Tia were helpful and friendly. The room comes with kettle - but no cups/mugs or tea/coffee/milk sachets, so a trip to the grocery shopping is necessary.. Soap and shampoo however was provided. All in all, great value. Beware, however, not for the infirm - right at the top of a three/four floor building with no elevator....

It is a renovated apartment in an old building near the national theatre. I enjoy my stay there. It is close to most of the things you want to see in Zagreb. Easy to walk to food and entertainment options, yet pretty quiet since it is a few blocks away. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. For the price and location, it is definitely a good deal.

Comodidade pertinho do centro
Localização excelente, 10 a 15 minutos a pé de distância até o centro, praticamente vizinho ao Teatro Nacional. Fomos muito bem recepcionados: recebemos dicas sobre a cidade, o que fazer, por onde andar... o apartamento é lindo, super limpo e organizado.

Sehr schön in guter Lage
Sauber, modern und schön, absolut zu empfehlen! Die Zimmer befinden sich im 3. OG und es hat kein Lift. Falls jemand also nicht so gut zu Fuss unterwegs ist, eher weniger zu empfehlen. Die Apartments befinden sich in Gehdistanz zur Altstadt mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants/Bars.

The room was fine. It was small but as expected. It was very warm in Zagreb and the air conditioner was on but did not cool the room down very well. The accommodation was well located. Communication with the host was good.

The room is clean, bed comfortable, not sagging. 2 things we don't like: - when booking, there is no mention that room is on top floor, we have to carry luggage on 3 set of stairs, - room is very hot , air conditioning not working well, we check in at 3:30pm, got AC running on high until 8pm , when we came back, room still hot. It finally cooled down around 1am. The mini bar was not cool enough either. At least, the owner did answer my messages right away at 8pm. The next day we kept AC running alll day, windows closed then the room was cool enough.

Pasarlo muy bien en Zagreb
Muy buen lugar excelentemente ubicado, la atención de María un lujo. Un poquito difícil de encontrar con vehículo. Hay que entrar directamente con el coche porque afuera el parking es imposible. A pasos del centro histórico, habitación cómoda y muy limpia.

Camera pulita, ben messa e dotata. Armadio minimo, finestra sullo spiovente del tetto che non permette grande ventilazione né affaccio. Stare sottotetto riscalda la stanza, ma c'è l'aria condizionata che però punta sul letto. Problemi: terzo piano senza ascensore; no colazione; trasporto pubblico non molto vicino.

Clean and comfortable, right in the center
Spacious, modern room right downtown, just a short walking distance from the historic center. There is a supermarket (Spar) relatively close by, and my room had a fridge in it. It's also close to the train station. You have to climb a couple of staircases to get to the rooms, so this might be an issue if you are mobility-impaired.
