The room we had was really good. We paid extra for a balcony room and glad we did. It was modern and clean. The only thing we would say is there was no kettle or tea/coffee making facility which would have been nice. There was plenty of storage space as we were only staying a couple of nights.

The concierge brought our luggage up to our room. We weren’t even there, and he left my coffee mug on the new sofa. In the end, I was treated unfairly, as if I’d been the one to do it.
