Ich war schon ein paarmal beruflich dort und mag das Hotel! Sicher entsprechend manche Dingen im Bereich Service und Hotel Management, nicht ganz dem, was man aus deutschen oder europäischen Hotels vergleichbare Kategorie gewohnt ist. Aber insgesamt ein gutes Gesamtpaket zu einem aus meiner Sicht absolut an besseren Preis.

A hangszigetelés kicsit furcsa volt, visszhangzott a szoba egy ponton. A teresz ajtó előtt, bent a szobában. (227) DE egyébként minden rendben volt! A személyzet extrán kedves volt mindenkivel! Elképesztően baba barát hotel!

Great Hotel with direct access to Public Spa

The Hotel is right besides the Public Spa of Zalakaros, with a direct access (a glass bridge) between the two buildings. The Spa has access medical, thermal water pools, but also a fun area and an extensive children's area besides an adults only Sauna complex. In the summer it has a much larger open-air part, with a number of pools, slides, etc. Staying at the Park Inn comes with free access to the pool. The family room that we were upgraded to was very comfortable, spacious and modern. Food at the restaurant was great - we had breakfast and dinner included in a buffet style - with more than enough choices to select from. Really hard to stay in shape during a stay here, as it is super hard to resist trying out the every changing food options... They also have a bar with a pool table, darts, etc. Parking has an option onsite for a nightly fee, but you can also leave your car literally next door (2 mins walk from the entrance) in a public open air parking area. We had a great time overall, we will probably return - but will be aiming to avoid Saturdays as both the spa and the hotel were super-crowded on that day during our stay.

Tökéletes pihenés

Rendkívül kedvesek mind a recepción, mind az étteremben és a takarításkor is. A szoba, a fürdőszoba és az ágy is nagy, tiszta és kényelmes. A reggeli és a vacsora bőséges és változatos. A parkolás egyszerű, többféle (fizetős és ingyenes) lehetőség közül lehet választani. A vírusra való tekintettel bevezettet intézkedések megnyugtatóak voltak, de nem zavaróak. A fürdő tökéletes kikapcsolódást biztosít, ahol szintén mindenki nagyon kedves volt az ott dolgozók közül és szintén nagy figyelmet fordítottak a vírus miatt a tisztasággal kapcsolatos megnövekedett igényekre. A fürdőbe a közvetlen átjárás szuper, nagyon kényelmes. A közelben a termál tónál több kikapcsolódási lehetőség is van. Az egyetlen, amit negatívumként tudnék említeni, hogy az okostévé kicsit lassú volt, de azt hiszem ez elhanyagolható észrevétel. Mindenkinek ajánlom, egyedülállóknak és családosoknak is. Tökéletes kikapcsolódás.

A hotel nagyon tiszta, a szemelyzet nagyon kedves. Mind a reggeli, mind a vacsora elsorangu. A furdobe pedig csak atsetal az ember a folyoson a hotelbol. Erdemes kerekpart is berelni, meg novemberben is nagy elmegy korbetekerni a Kis-Balatont.

V hotelu malo lidi, omezena nabidka v restauraci, obedy a snacky malo pestre, jen par veci v nabidce. Jidlo jinak chutne. All inclusive jen v restauraci nikde jinde, napr. u bazenu. Vetsi tobogany od 40 kg, dost to hlidaji, jeden tobogan byl mimo provoz. Voda vsude tepla.

Modern, jolly felszerelt, rossz időben is klassz

Sajnos a fürdő csak este 7ig volt nyitva, így nem tudtuk kipróbálni. Viszont "cserébe" mind a 4en kaptunk vacsorát, ingyen. A lányomnak külön sütöttek rántott csirkemellett sültkrumplival. A szálloda szép, tágas. Törekedtek a vírus helyzet minél jobb kezelésére.

В целом, все понравилось. Только в ванной комнате, видимо, заменили лейку душа и она никаким образом НЕ крепилась к стойке. Приходилось одной рукой держать лейку, а другой мыть голову. Очень неудобно. In general, I liked everything. Only in the bathroom, apparently, the shower head was replaced and it was NOT attached to the counter in any way. I had to hold a watering can with one hand and wash my hair with the other. Very uncomfortable.
