"Ich habe im Hotel New Star Zamalek übernachtet und insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Die Lage ist wirklich top , sicher und mitten im schönen Stadtteil Zamalek. Viele Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings könnte der Service an manchen Stellen etwas professioneller und schneller sein. Preis-Leistung ist okay, aber man sollte keinen Luxus...

"Das Zimmer war unsere Ruheoase, sehr schön eingerichtet, genügend Platz und Stauraum, bequeme Betten, sehr sauber und ohne Straßenlärm. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und lecker, Personal für das Frühstück ist etwas schwerfällig und versteht/versteht nicht gut Englisch. ALLES ist in Frischhaltefolie eingepackt, was absolut nicht nötig wäre und vom Umweltaspekt ein Unding ist, zumindest für uns Deutsche. Das Personal am Counter ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel befindet sich im 5....

"I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. "

"Property location was bang on the nile with a beautiful view. Overall it was a lovely stay. Everyone there helped us out with excursions, advice and provided great customer service. Even though we got there after midnight they were still very accommodating. Would recommend informing them what time you will be arriving roughly so they know Would defo stay again. One thing to bear in mind, Egyptian cleanliness standards are pretty low in general all over the country, so dont judge!"

"Yes room was very clean against the bad reviews for all hotels of Cairo , staff is courteous and very helpful. Location is excellent , right on the Main Street in front of Tahrir square , walkable from everywhere and go bus terminal is just 5 mins walk if you want to get to or from other cities. In short a great place if you love to explore the city on feet and be close to all cafés and downtown. "
