"Clean. Friendly staff. Nice restaurants."

"Although the amenities were great in the room, the staff didn’t clean the balcony y on a daily basis or the floors in the washrooms unless they were specifically asked to do so. Also during my 8 day stay I never enjoyed a warm shower let alone a hot shower, the water was always cold. The bar is totally over priced, I used a few drinks, some nuts and chips and was charged 175$ American which is gouging in my opinion. Otherwise the staff downstairs were all helpful and respectful."

"Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Location is good, loads of shops and restaurants around, bakery shop with delicious bakery, grocery. We found it lovely despite some people mentioning its appearance as we love to stay where locals live. We felt very safe in this area too. Thank you for the lovely stay!"

From the great team at the front desk, to the customers service staff that calls every day to make sure I didn’t need anything, and finally to the great guy handling house keeping everyday on my floor from nine AM to five PM with a warm and great smile that brightens my day. "02号室に宿泊しました。キッチンには電子レンジ、電子コンロ、電子湯沸かしポット、冷蔵庫があります。洗濯機はありません。 簡単なキッチンツール、食器は一通り揃っていますが、食器洗い洗剤はあるけどスポンジはないので買いました。 ドライヤーはチェックイン時に必要か聞かれ、すぐにもらえました。 電源はユニバーサルで、どこの国の形状でも多分使えます。USB端子とUSB-C端子もあって直に充電出来ます。 部屋は天井が高く開放感あります。外の騒音だけ注意です。大きな道路に面してるので車のクラクションの音が常に聞こえます。気になる人は気になると思います。耳栓は必要です。受付でも必要か聞かれました。 朝食はコンチネンタルかエジプシャンか選べます。内容はほぼ同じなので少し飽きるかもしれません。 立地はよくどこに行くにも便利でした。Uber呼ぶのも簡単でした。 最後、入り口がわかりづらいです。というのはホテルの看板がないからです。大きな扉が半分開いてるのでそこから入ります。階段登ったらエレベーターがあるので3階に行けば受付です。 "

"The Longchamps is a comfortable, relatively small, European-style hotel in Zamalek, a lovely part of Cairo. It has charming common spaces including a few terraces where you can relax between activities or eat breakfast. The breakfast buffet offerings were ok and included hard-boiled eggs, fool beans, cooked vegetables, and an assortment of bakes goods as well as cheeses and fresh veggies and fruit. "

"Great location with plenty of eateries and shops around but surprisingly really quiet in the room. The bed was comfortable and the mini fridge and kettle were really handy. The blackout curtains made for a great night's sleep. All the staff I met were kind and welcoming and there were always staff in the lobby making it feel very safe. Would definitely want to stay here again! "

"The owner was welcoming and helpful. Told us from the start it was a hostel. Right by the museum walkable to explore, convenient location for shops and restaurants. However if you haven't been before Cairo is a city that doesn't sleep. Constant traffic and beeping."
