"Do not have any high expectations- this hotel property is very basic. "The actual place was nice. The check in process was challenging. We had to download an app and put in our passport information, etc. we didn’t have good internet service so it was very difficult. It would be nice if they provided more than one washcloth and if they provided shower soaps. The toilet was situated very strange. It was very quiet and clean. We were alone in the whole building. "

"I love staying in this hotel, the location is amazing, the lake is across the street. It is close to everything, restaurants, entertainment, city center, and yet the hotel and the rooms are quiet, comfortable, the staff is very friendly, helpful, like family. The breakfast is delicious. It is like home away from home, I return every time I come to lake Balaton."

"Both breakfast and dinner had a good variety. The dining area was clean and so was the room assigned to us. There was a tiny bit of pressure to purchase drinks at dinner time. There was maintenance ongoing with the steam room and one of the saunas but this was not informed at all on the booking page. Likewise the beach which belongs to the hotel was also unavailable and again not mentioned on the booking page. These information should have been made available on the booking page and also not mentioned by staff until I specifically requested information. What’s with the secrecy? I find such behaviour unacceptable and short of rude. If such facilities are unavailable then I expected a discount on the room rates."

"It is a well kept property. We loved the longer shoreline. It is very busy but still I did not feel super crowded. Lots of activities are offered for families. Food is great. Suggestion: beach towels. We had to carry our bathroom towels to the beach. The price of the accomodation is quite high. Minimally, the water at the dinner table should be free."
