"Tolles Stadthotel mit unschlagbar guter Lage. Durch die historische Ausstattung und die drei Pools ist dieses Hotel etwas Besonderes. Würde jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider konnten wir wegen dem frühen Abflug das Frühstück nicht in Ruhe genießen, haben aber ein Lunchpaket mitbekommen. Es lohnt sich hier einzuchecken!"

"Our inbound transportation wasn’t there due to misunderstanding on the hotel part even though we had called and exchanged few emails but they found a quick solution for us and it went very smoothly. I would suggest to add some snacks (cookies, cakes, crisps, chocolate bars, etc .) at the bar and not only drinks to make it more convenient."

Le personnel est très sympa mais parfois un peu lent dans le service. Le kids club n’est pas vraiment opérationnel, c’est dommage. "

"The Emerson Spice Hotel is a little gem in the heart of Stone Town. Russell and the team are so welcoming and kind, especially to my son, who was amazed that we were staying in such a nice property, a former spice warehouse. They gave useful tips and advice on tours, arranged them for us so that we were able to see everything in the area from the history of where we were, to the Jozani forest and surrounding areas, as well as the spice farms nearby.
