"The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Gregory, in the breakfast area, was especially helpful and friendly. My husband recently had his leg amputated and this was our first trip since then. The manager and front desk staff couldn’t be more helpful. It is a wonderful place to stay!"

Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport
"The major advantage of this hotel used to be that you could walk from the terminal to this property. No longer so. Because of the new terminal, one has to take a shuttle that loops the complete periphery of the airport. Nonetheless, it is a comfortable, clean hotel with helpful staff."

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street ..."
