"Great pool, good breakfast selection, lovely grand building right on the beach. Shuttle boat into central Venice is very convenient. Drinks in the hotel are extortionate EUR 19.50 for 2 Cokes. There is a Gelateria almost opposite the hotel, that has salads, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, drinks and delicious ice creams at very reasonable prices."

"The hotel and the property were gorgeous. It was a beautiful respite from the crowds of Venice. Concierge was very helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room didn’t work during our hot, two night stay. The lights flickered on and off frequently. The maintenance staff tried to fix the air conditioner after the first night with no success. The thermostat beeped incessantly all night after the attempted repair."

Opening the windows to see the canal was a relaxing experience, specially in the morning when is only the neighbors walking the dogs and the streets are empty. A public transportation station is only a few steps from the hotel as well. They also help set up transportation from the hotel to the airport upon checkout.
