Positives, it is right on Main street, great location. Room was clean but small…. No elevator so be prepared to haul up luggage possibly 4 floors. No on site staff other than cleaning staff, just a phone to call for any needs.

The room (3) was clean albeit small, but it was warm, had a balcony and was great for the night. The sound from above was noticeable, no acoustic insulation was evident. The maintenance wasn't great, the basin was cracked but these are minor issues, noise from outside was heard around 02:00 but this is due to the excelled location of the hotel, it's perfect for the town nightlife. I'd stay there again, self check-in was easy, there was nobody around, check out was just as easy...

The room is very clean and staff is very friendly. The hotel has no elevator and the stairs are quite steep. Large luggage can be a challenge. Breakfast is wonderful and fresh. Overall, the hotel is wonderful for traveler on a budget.

There’s a reason why this is the cheapest option in a central location - the condition of the hotel is poor, rooms small and practically no frills. Expedia advertised a ski and boot storage room but no such thing exists - instead there are a few open racks for skis just off the Main Street so didn’t feel a safe option. That said the hotel has no problem with guests taking skis and boots into the bedrooms. For all that, the breakfast was pretty decent, the staff friendly and the rooms warm so if you’re just looking for somewhere to get your head down for the night then it’s not an awful option

The room was fine, it was the access that was difficult, the stairs were steep, we had to access at least 4 floor levels. The access, the room was small and the bathroom requires a privacy curtain on the window, the room radiator had no control with poor water circulation only heating the top 10% of the radiator.

朝ごはんの種類は多かったですが、8時過ぎに行くとだいぶ量が少なかったので早めに行くべきだと思います。室内はとても綺麗で快適に寝れました。
ビュッフェ形式の朝ごはん スタッフの方にルームナンバーと名前を聞かれ、紅茶を出してくれました。
近くにある教会から定期的に鐘の音が聞こえるのがとても魅力的でした。室内は少し寒いです。

The key for my room was just hanging up in the unlocked reception, and the phone number didn't work. For what i paid, this hotel felt overpriced as it was charmless and basic. The bed I'll admit was comfortable and there was a bath but, yeah not great. Would look for alternatives next time

Quarto com bom espaço, porém muito escuro, café da manhã era razoável. Dois pontos muito ruins: banheiro e taxa escondida. Pagamos 8 CHF por uma taxa que não foi especificada em nenhum momento antes. Simplesmente tomaram a liberdade de cobrar esse valor a mais sem nenhum aviso ou satisfação. Péssima experiência. Além disso o banheiro era extremamente pequeno. Principalmente o box do chuveiro, um dos menores que já vi. Mas o pior era o ralo do chuveiro, que estava completamente entupido. Experiência terrível, não deu nem pra tomar banho direito.

We had room 14 and would have had view on the Matterhorn if conditions would have been better. Room confortable for three nights and very central. Very good value for money in Zermatt. Fernanda is a very nice person. Good breakfast. Only negative point for me, as a tall person, was the height of the ceiling in the shower.

Pour Zermatt cela fait le travail. Cependant, il s'agit d'un vieil hôtel, l'état n'est pas top. La chambre était propre et arrivé autonome à l'hôtel. Prendre note que tout est en allemand et anglais. Pour un hôtel bon prix dans ce secteur c'est bien !
