"Building is shared with another hotel so quite confusing when entering the location for shared taxi as it shows up as something else. The property is pretty nice but has a strong smell in the lobby which I guess is geared for a Zen experience. "

The front desk staff were polite and attentive; they made sure I knew how to use the room’s AC and even offered extra towels. The room was clean and tidy all around—no stains on the bedspread, a fresh-smelling bathroom, and a clutter-free nightstand. I had a very comfortable stay!"

"I stayed here to attend the Canton Fair and they even provided free shuttles to the fair. The rooms are very nice and modern, with lots of amenities. The staff was so nice and very helpful. The location is excellent, center of Tianhe, with lots of eating options and the best and most modern malls and shopping centers just steps away. 100% recommended. The breakfast was simple but good, both western and asian options. "
