Eventually another guest let us in and helped us communicating with a woman who was described as "the owner". Even though we paid for the stay via Hotels she had no clue whatsoever that we had a booking and that it was pre paid. The room was ok, but the pillows and bed minnen were smelly nd not really clean. At this price i would'nt...
