"I had a great stay. The room was up to standard, amenities were great, and the staff were attentive. I had an issue with my request for an iron and ironing board taking too long to get to me before an event I had to attend. Staff worked quickly to resolve and even compensated me with free breakfast for my troubles."

"We had an amazing stay at Kasa Downtown Austin! The apartment was extremely spacious, and it was nicely decorated and clean. All appliances were easy to use, and the bed was very comfortable. The walk-in closet with provided hangers was an unexpected plus. Also, the building itself was very easy to navigate, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. We really enjoyed being able to walk right out of the building into a walkable, safe area of downtown Austin with plenty of shops and...

"Underwhelming & Overpriced! At the time of booking on Expedia it showed City View, but we ended up facing the Courtyard Marriott. That was misleading! The breakfast was supposed to be something special, turns out it was the usual fare with Waffles which I don’t eat. Meats like sausage and bacon which I don’t eat. Some other stuff like scrambled eggs, seasoned potatoes - which looked unappetizing because they have been sitting there too long and were dried and hardened, salsas (no tacos or...
