"This was the best hotel during our journey through Germany and Austria. Checks all the boxes for excellence. The room is large and very convenient with all the amenities. Views of the Rhein Gorge from the large windows are really spectacular. Their breakfast also has plenty to choose from. "The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English, the property doesn’t look as nice from the outside, and its towards the back of the town, and parking isn’t onsite, but we managed to find a place very close by with no charge. "The location in Boppard is perfect, right on the river promenade. Being from USA, the hotel was like taking a trip back into history, with all of the modern amenities. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was exceptional. We used the restaurant for breakfast, very large selection; for coffee and cake during midafternoon; and for dinner on our last night. We explored some of the other neighborhood restaurants for some of our meals. Bottom line is if you stay at the Hotel Bellevue to explore the Rhine river you will not be sorry. "
