"We had stayed at the Krystal Grand a few years ago and really enjoyed it so we decided to go back and stay in the Altitude Tower this time! Unfortunately is was not at all as we expected. The rooms in the Tower (a supposed upgrade) reeked of mold and when we changed rooms the mold was just as bad ..."
