"We (my partner and I plus 3 friends) took rooms here before and after a kayak camping trip. A great place to prepare for the paddle, then chill after being out on the open water for 5 days. Rooms are spacious. Lots of public spaces (sun and shade). Great complimentary breakfast. Secure parking. Bikes and scooters for rent. What more could you want at this price?! OK, so this is a bit of a walk from the malecon, but the walk route is safe."

"Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was free daily and buffet style, but they can do made to order items as well. Room was spacious as we had booked the suite. The rooftop had amazing views of the marina and sunsets. The pool was small, and a little cold, but refreshing once you are in it. We stayed during the weekdays, so it never was too busy on the rooftop. My only complaint is the door to the room was very thin, and you could hear traffic and everyone talking outside. "

"Location, location, location. Very close to all and far enough to relax. The hotel is located 2 small blocks away from El Malecon so it makes it very convenient to go for walks to the restaurants or just enjoy the beach. If you are planning to do any tours, I highly recommend to booked the tours at the hotel, so you can get picked up and dropped off. The only inconvenience is the restaurant they use for the breakfast. The waiters are on their phones most of the time, they make too many mistakes...

"La habitacion no era lo que se ve en las fotos, cuando llegamos la cortina no bajaba y era de noche.
Si fue alguien a repararla, no es la habitacion que.venden en las fotos, cuando vas a un lugar vas por las fotos del lugar planeas y cuando llegas no es lo que esperas.
Si esta a 1 cuadra del malexon pero no es la habitacion por la que crees que pagaste.
La presion regadera baja, la habitacion no esta mal pero ..
Nadaaaaaa que ver con las fotos que publican, si publicas la habitacion como...

The staff is genuinely lovely and the AC is a gift from the gods. That’s where the good news ends.
My room had a sliding glass door where a window should be. The ceiling fan rattled so aggressively I slept with one eye open waiting for it to become a projectile. The sink water had a smell that raised questions I didn’t want answered.
The property is tired — like, structurally having a moment tired.
No diving tours on-site anymore, so don’t book it for that. Stay in...
