"This is a nice hotel with modern rooms, a beautiful lobby/atrium, and expansive breakfast buffet. We forgot an item in the room—something of modest monetary value but great sentimental value to my daughter—and the hotel staff were very helpful tracking it down and keeping it safe until I returned to São Paulo and was able to pick it up."

"The breakfast was a bit of disappointment. It was only 1 or 2 guys working at the restaurant and they did not restock the food items neither the dishes and coffee cups in a timely manner. If you come at 8 am you will be fine but at 9 am everything is gone. Also they didn’t have bowls at all. We asked a staff member and he told us to use the coffee cups instead! We stayed at another Transamerica property in Belo Horizonte prior to this one and the breakfast was great! At least 4 staff members were working at the restaurant and they kept everything well stock and there was never a shortage of anything. Anyway I hope the hotel’s management can fix these problems. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the great location."

"The stay was a wonderful experience! The staff was very kind and accommodating at the front desk and the bar. We very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the wait staff was excellent. Our room was very clean snd the perfect size. Appreciated the fresh towels each day. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Sao Paolo!"
