The hotel is very close to the subway station, that is very convenient if you need to go to the city center or Avenida Paulista. The staff was very cordial and attentive. "Não utilizei as dependências de spa e academia, porém a área comum, lobby e bar estavam ótimos, com ótimo atendimento. Em relação ao café da manhã, percebi que no final de semana deixou a desejar, pois havia muita gente no hotel e nos pareceu que o staff não estava preparado para nos receber. Sempre faltou tudo, desde louças e até mesmo comida. No geral, ótimo hotel, recomendo. "
