"This hotel was very safe, clean, and comfortable. However, I woukd have preferred to have a coffee/tea maker in my room instead of the minibar. The staff, especially Felipe (front desk) and Almir (breakfast server) were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Their smiles brightened our days. The water pressure in the shower was outstanding. Housekeeping was extremely fast and responsive. The extra amenities such as personal hotel drivers were awesome for special events such as the football game between Cowboys and Ravens. The roof top pool, sauna, and gym were good to have, but the gym should be 24/7. The free breakfast buffet and filtered water was exceptional, and the afternoon buffet was good. A large variety of food with both breakfast and dinner
The hotel is convenient to everything, and Felipe scheduled tours for us with Grayline Tours located at the Sheraton. The Grayline tours that we took (full tour including lunch and rainforest tour half day) were excellent. The tour guides (Eddie and Milene) were awesome. Overall, we had a blast and would highly recommend this hotel."
