"Dear Sirs, I got an email thru Expedia, from the Hotel or other, saying charge was going to be made to my credit card ONLY after confirming availability. The charge was eventually made, but when we arrived to destination the Hotel or other was not there ! We looked around unsuccessfully for 1 hour trying to find it. "Great place and great hosts! The apartment is pretty private, with no neighbors on either side and a nice view. Instructions regarding check in were clear and the hosts were very attentive to my messages. The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in pictures. The location is top, as it is right next door to several restraurants and fast food chains, as well as a large mall . I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Guatemala City. "
