"Hello I was very pleased with my stay here. The building architecture is very cool and it is build on the edge of a gorge. The inside of my room was also nice with relatively new and quality fixtures. The buffet breakfast was great as well. Lots of clean and quality options. Most importantly the staff was super helpful with everything. I got food poisoning (not from them LOL) during my stay there and they did things like bring food to my room and drive me to the pharmacy. Beyond that,...

This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. "The hotel is very clean and Nice. Quality linen and bath towels. The staff is amazing and very welcoming, especially the bartender. They all helped us with local tips. They also have an afternoon tea and coffee service with pastries as a treat and it’s very well located. We’ll definitely be back"

"Hotel is in an ideal location for exploring Zermatt. Complimentary pickup and return from Zermatt train station. Our room was lovely and clean with balcony looking out towards Matterhorn. Comfortable furnishings and superb spacious shower. Nice to see they made leftovers from breakfast available as free sandwiches for guests to takeaway later. Would definitely recommend staying here."
