"Unique Dadaist Hotel which we immediately loved. Right next to a shopping centre and easily accessible using the fabulous city tram system. Glad we chose to have breakfast because it was very good and saved having to run around after over-priced alternatives. Our room was a good size, clean and modern. Staff were all non intrusive but very polite at all times.
If we come to Zurich again I would certainly look first at the offers for The Home Hotel."

"A self-serve check-in/check out hotel. Was a very easy process. Kiosk style check-in devices in little lobby also included free storage lockers (but first-come first-served). Room was very clean. Location is only a 10 minute walk or less to the train station. Hotel is close to the Mercato Central and plenty of restaurant options. Would stay again."

"No bottled water in the room seems a little chincy for the price and location of the hotel. Breakfast was 5/10 compared to other Hotel one locations I’ve stayed at. Small selection and not especially clean. Pretty disappointed to be honest. I’ve stayed at many other locations and always had great experience would have thought Zurich would have been a flagship location. "チューリッヒ中央駅のすぐ近くなので便利。夏なら朝イチに出れば、ルツェルン、インターラーケン、ラウターブルンネンまで行って帰って来れる。部屋のチェックインはスマホで完結。鍵もスマホで施錠・解錠できる。シャワーのお湯がたっぷり出るのでありがたい。朝食のコーヒーマシーンのクオリティ高い。あとパプリカが新鮮でみずみずしくて美味しかった。外は夜遅くまでちょっと騒々しい時もあるけど、窓の遮音性が高いので閉めれば問題ない。ただ夏の暑い時はエアコンがないので閉め切るのも辛く、ダイソンがあって助かった。"

"I recently had a highly disappointing stay at this hotel. We stayed for three nights, and throughout our entire visit, we never had the chance to change our towels because there was no staff available to ask for assistance or to clean our room. To make matters worse, we were required to pay £25 just to have the room cleaned. This level of service is unacceptable and made our experience extremely unpleasant. 👎"
