I stayed in multiple places and this is the first to offer good hospitality. They let me in early, the checkin was quick and nice. Room was clean and had water which i really appreciate. Bathroom was super clean and nice. It’s about 12min walk from train station and it was worth it. The entire staff was nice and welcomey

The hotel was great, especially with the balcony, and the little restaurant below was so pretty. The only thing was that around the area, close to night time specifically, there were a decent amount of sketchy drinkers, especially across the street at the park, but there was also a police patrolling.

The hotel is easy to reach and close to public transport. The room was spacious and updated and we were pleasantly surprised with chilled waters upon arrival. The beds were comfortable. We traveled during a very hot day/night and the lack of AC made the room warmer than we’d prefer but that’s just a personal preference. There was a fan available which helped a lot. We had an overall great stay and loved the accessibility to major tourist sites.

This place is much more than just a place to stay. It’s a place to hang out and socialize. Bring your friends and listen to live music, play cards, or just chill. Have some beers, eat something and stay a while. Bring your baby during the day and let her/him rest while you relax and read a book. The staff is wonderful, the food is good, and the atmosphere can’t be beat!

Perfect location as a home base for exploring Zurich and the surrounding areas. The cafe/bar on the main level was great and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. They do have paid parking spots available but the train station wasn’t too far. The room was spacious and clean- the bathroom is shared by 3 rooms but we never ran into issues with it being available when we needed it. Many restaurants close by and a few small markets. Our stay was perfect!

The staff was very nice and greeted us well. But this property did not work well for our family. We were not aware of the shared bathroom with the rest of the rooms offered in our quarter. We also were so hot in the morning from the rising sun in room 42. I wouldn’t recommend this property if you have a family and need a bathroom in your room. Thanks for a welcoming greeting.

It was a great hotel considering the price. Check-in was easy and friendly staff stored our bags before our check-in time. Super clean and cozy. One con is the road can be really loud, especially when the tram goes by (we woke up because of it multiple times). The only other con I have is that we shared a bathroom with two other rooms. I wasn’t aware we would be doing this, maybe I just didn’t read the property description close enough, but my group of four never encountered any of the other guests so it was never a problem.

LOVED this place! Staff was so helpful with check in and the room was so cute! Bathroom was clean. Located about 1 mile from Zurich HB with a tram stop around the corner. I will definitely stay here again!
