"The hotel is in an excellent location. It’s literally a block from the train station, around the corner from several retail shops (chocolate, clothes, etc.). It’s across from the Aare River, and it’s an easy walk to several major landmarks. The hotel rooms are charming and unique with some great amenities. Shower pressure was strong. The bar/restaurant is charming too. The lobby area has a very laidback vibe. Check-in service is laidback too, and it’s a little self serve. The hotel doesn’t have a gym."

"If you are looking for a great place to stay in Zurich (with A/C) and relatively modern finishes in the rooms, look no further. This hotel is very reasonably priced, no bells and whistles but it was AMAZING for a clean, comfortable overnight stay for my family of 5 in Zurich. It was a very easy and short tram ride from the Zurich HB and into town. We had to get 2 rooms for around CHF360 for the night. Very pleasantly surprised at how convenient and good our stay was. The SBB station is right outside the hotel. There's a Burger King across the street. Staff was extremely accommodating. They held our baggage at check out for the entire day for free. Highly recommend if you're looking for a low-key, easy, budget friendly stay in Zurich that is right at the tram station 10 minutes from the train station. EASY and GOOD. Oh - no breakfast included but you can add on for CHF28 if you decide in the morning."

"This is a vey nice hotel with professional and courteous staff. It is only a few minutes walk to Zurich Train Station (Zurich HB) and main Bus Station. It is clean and very quiet. We only wished that the cleaning crew paid a little more attention to details. We enjoyed our stay in Zurich and sightseeing immensely!"

"Be careful, you have to register online with the hotel to get an entry code, during the process you have to enter your phone number, the website kept telling us it was the wrong format no matter what we tried! Very frustrating and stressful when you are scheduled to arrive and you can’t get a code! We finally discovered if you put a + sign before the number, the registration process works but not too many Americans would know this. Clean, small, functional, great location but if you can help it do NOT get a car, parking is a nightmare. They have 5 small spots downstairs you can rent for $40 every 12 hours, not a car friendly city. Lastly, our true savior who literally saved us from a mental breakdown was Constantina, she helped us register, called the company, got our codes, explained about the parking, she was so sweet, so helpful, we saw her every morning for coffee and she was always smiling and happy to see us. Don’t know what we would have done without her. Free laundry on site you provide the detergent. Short walk to river and train station, really a great location and you can’t beat the price in Zurich. Wish there was a roof deck or somewhere you can have a nightcap and visit but there is not. Great Kebab restaurant just down the hill, easily share one entree to save some $$$, they aren’t kidding when they say Zurich is expensive! The bed is comfortable and there is a lift for upper floors. All in all a good stay just wish the check in was a little easier."
