Boutique Hotel Wellenberg
I could not fault the customer service in this hotel - it was excellent. Breakfast was good but being honest, the hotel rooms are looking a little tired. Worth the price for the customer service.

Hotel Adler Zürich
Our experience at the Adler Hotel was excellent. The staff was absolutely wonderful. In every section of the hotel, the people were so friendly. It was a great location and the fondue at the restaurant was fabulous! Thanks for the great stay!

Sorell Hotel Rütli Niederdorf Zürich
Very noisy and wifi did no work. I paid almost double for the larger rooms which were for 4 people each even though we we were only 3 in each room. They told me the kids were not included and that I had to pay extra for them even though I had already paid extra for the larger rooms. I disagreed but ...
