"I received a message from the property owner that check-in was only available between 4 PM and 7 PM. Unfortunately, this posed a challenge for me, as I had a business dinner scheduled for 7:30 PM. Additionally, the property’s listing mentioned a complimentary shuttle service available 24/7, which I later found was not the case. As a result, I had to arrange for an Uber at my own expense. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I believe it could be improved for future guests....

"Fabulous accommodation for a short stay. This room doesn’t have windows so only suitable if you’re intending to be out and about most of the day. Really easy to follow emailed instructions on entry to the property and access to your room. Offers breakfast but I didn’t require this and there’s plenty of small convenience stores in walking distance. Would definitely use again"

"Our first time to Malta and we clearly made the right decision to stay on the West Coast for a peaceful rest, amazing beaches and outstanding customer service at the Radisson Blu. Shout out to all the restaurants for quality and delicious meals, we visited them all and the attentiveness was amazing. Pros: Private beach, clean pools, spacious public areas, bus stop to Valletta just outside, beautiful sunsets. Cons: No party vibe, just 1 restaurant in walking distance."

"The check in process for same day (booked at 3pm at airport when Airbnb canceled same day due to property issues) was delayed until after 8pm. There were places to lounge while waiting but with jet lag it was not ideal. The property itself was beautiful with a great breakfast buffet. We were able to walk to all the locations we wanted to visit."

"The location of this property is truly excellent. It is a boutique hotel and does it very well. Breakfast is wonderful. Location is great. It is near some very scenic overlooks of the harbor. Many restaurants and shops very nearby. The only problem I had was lights in the room were a little tricky to figure out so spend a second getting that straight. "Large, clean room with an amazing view. The staff were helpful. Beautiful pool, good location in the harbor. Great selection of fresh food at breakfast, but coffee was bitter, not tasty. The hotel is old, some cracks in walls and terraces, the many elevators are a maze, not all of them worked.
