"Wow, this was a beautiful place to stay- excellent villa, wonderful views and a great ethos to the whole complex. Bojana and her team were so attentive throughout our stay- nothimg was too much trouble and the details they put in place really made our holiday. My 4 year old son loved the villa and all the staff were so wonderfully caring towards him. The food at breakfast and dinner in the resturant were excellent and the ice cream was some of the best we've had. Id highly recommend a stay for...

"Loved the property and their hospitality. Air con was heating the room too much and was not able to cool the room which they attributed to the “winter season” - so it did get stuffy in the room, but opening the windows helped a great deal. Very friendly staff. Overall a good experience!"

Sadly when I left I was charged for a water ( I did have one) theee were 2 sizes, and a free bottle was left ( the large size) I just need some to take some pills and drank the small one. I guess technically they can charge the €2.50 although I left them the one that cost €7.50. I was also charged .50 that was not on Hotels.com. "

"Forza Terra is a very nice property directly in the Bay of Kotor and a 25 minute walk from old town Kotor. Service was great and staff was always available. Our room had a very nice view of the bay, but it was little small so was a but cluttered with our 2 weeks of luggage. The spa was nice and the restaurant was good, but expensive - there are nearby options with very good value. The beach area had nice chaise lounges, ample towels and a protected swimming area. "
