"The hotel lobby was lovely and well maintained. The staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable, room well-lit and the shower was great. Unfortunately, the room wasn't as clean as expected. There was an open bottle of water in the window sill and a dirty, used face cloth under the sink. Those little details detracted from the overall feel."
