"Lovely stay. The owners are friendly and great at communicating. The room was perfect for our needs. My husband and I really loved the mini fridge and microwave and my children loved the hot chocolate in the room. The gardens in the back are beautiful and it was fun to stay in a place with history attached to it.

"We stayed one night as we were catching the Fishguard Ferry to Ireland the next day. There is a bus stop outside the hotel and although we did not need to use the bus it would be ideal for someone staying longer who wanted to get around without using their car. We drove ten minutes up the road to Newport Beach and was able to park right on the sea front with no charge for parking. We then walked up into the village and enjoyed looking around the small village with its assortment of quaint shops....
