"The room was great kids loved the pool and hot tub. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good. I come here every year to see my son and spend a week or two here. Never have any problems. "

"This was my second stay. This was the worst of the two experiences. Second time here where there were zero eggs at breakfast again. Carpeting/floors in the room were sticky and damp. Phone was broken so had to call from my cell phone after my battery died so I allegedly missed the 9am cutoff to ask for a later checkout. I was told that housekeeping, "had to get in there right away". Maybe because there was used soap and hair in the shower right when we arrived ( I have pics) so we didn't bother using the shower. I used points/dollars towards this stay and felt that it was wasted on an overall disappointing experience. This will be the last time this establishment gets my money. I would rate this zero stars or below if I could."
