"Clean room and good breakfast"

"We had the standard room which didn't have a full view of the Marina, but we had a partial view that was still very nice. Rooms and lobby area were cozy, clean and well maintained. Appreciated that there was microwave, small fridge and coffee station; also a laundry room. Additionally we really appreciated the free parking! Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed staying at this little hotel. Only complaint would be on the second day, the bedsheets were not changed and they ran out of washcloths."

"I was assigned to a room beside the elevator, and I heard the noise all night long. If you are sensitive to noise, do not stay. The front desk staff at check-in was very poor. He did not want to communicate or greet me with a welcome; instead, he pointed me to the machine in the lobby, saying I needed to use it to get a key. No instructions provided. "This quaint vintage hotel is in a great location and well maintained. The staff were courteous. One thing you should know if you stay here is that there is not a refrigerator in the room. There is a microwave in the common area, as well as coffee service in the morning. The coffee maker in the room works well, too."
