I was upgraded to the Mirage. Everything was great and the property was beautiful. Only reason I don’t give it a 5 is that we had an issue with the ac in the room and shower handle fell off. Also had very little assistance from the butler

Laundry service was very expensive eg. $8 for a pair of socks, $11 for a t-shirt. The Mountain View was good although you could still see all other buildings, a car park. We had to move rooms twice due to poor air conditioning (no heating during a storm), damp smell, noisy construction work right ...

Great view of the pool and ocean. The elevators were tricky to figure out but once you figure it out it's easy. Checked parking price first and decided to rent a car the last day.

The room was always clean. Sometimes it was hard to find seating by the pool. The bourbon chicken in the buffet was delicious!

For 4 stars resort we expected a lot more, specially about selection of food… in five nights staying, only 2 nights allowed to make reservation for the dinner…. Definitely not recommended
